You’ll learn the basics of how a sales organization operates and about the function of Sales Operations. Even if you have some sales or operations experience, this module will ground you in the core concepts you’ll need to be successful in Sales Operations.
You’ll go beyond the day-to-day tasks of a sales operations manager and see the big picture of how sales operations supports a business. Grounded in sales strategy and efficient execution, you’ll gain a solid perspective on the impact of sales operations.
You’ll learn the tools of sales operations and how these tools are used to create efficient sales organizations that plan, sell, and profit effectively.
You’ll leverage the technologies used by sales operations professionals to bring about positive change in a sales organization. You will also meet your team and begin your Apprentorship™ project.
You and your team will deliver a final presentation to the Apprentorship company, detailing your proposed sales operations improvements and delivering your recommendations on future enhancements.
In addition to the 14 in-demand Salesforce Trailhead badges, successful completion of the program earns you a valuable Sales Operations Certificate of Completion from GreenFig.

Between the pre-class preparation, online class sessions and assignments, you should plan to invest 10 hours/week.
You’ll join the instructor-led live broadcast online through our video conference platform. During the live broadcast, you and your peers will complete individual or team-based assignments, participate in group discussions, and interact in real time with your instructors. Outside of the live class sessions, you’ll spend time preparing for live class sessions by accessing content and completing tasks through the online learning portal.
