You’ll learn the basics of how a sales organization operates and how the strategic function of Sales Operations takes sales teams to the next level. We’ll drill into the power of understanding data and its critical role in successful lead and sales performance management, forecasting, sales incentive and territory management, and annual planning.

Hands-On Salesforce Experience

You’ll set up and apply concepts from the course in a live Salesforce Developer environment, including building sales dashboards, reports, and learning the key elements of any CRM automation.

What should I know about University of New Hampshire Professional Development and Training?

How do I ensure a spot in the course?

Course sizes are limited, so you will want to complete the enrollment form and payment process in order to secure a spot.

Do I need to have previous Sales Operations experience?

Not necessarily. Some material may be more advanced to those without any previous experience, in which case our mentors can work with you to help fill the knowledge gap to ensure you are getting a full experience.

How many hours a week should I expect to spend on the program?

Each week learners can expect to spend four to six hours working independently (engaging with the online content and/or working in their Strategic Sales Operations Playbook). In addition, learners will meet once a week for one to two hours in a live, group session. These live sessions are optional but highly recommended.

Will I receive credit for this course?

No, this is a not-for-credit-course.

Can I use federal student loan aid?

As this is a not-for-credit course, it is not eligible for financial aid. However, many employers offer reimbursement for continuing education so check with your Human Resources department to determine your eligibility.

What is the attendance policy?

We don't have an attendance policy for this course, but certificates of completion are awarded to those learners who have successfully completed the course with a passing grade. If attendance is required for employer reimbursement, please reach out to The Learning Team at

What do I need to do to pass the course?

In order to receive a certificate of completion, learners must achieve 70% or better on each module assessment, complete 100% of online coursework, submit a completed Strategic Sales Operations Playbook, and pass the identified credentials (14 Salesforce Trailhead Badges).

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Learners have two weeks from the start date of the course to drop and receive a full refund.
