Each week learners can expect to spend four to six hours working independently (engaging with the online content and/or working in their Strategic Sales Development Playbook). In addition, learners will meet once a week for one hour in a live, group session. These live sessions are optional but highly recommended.
No, this is a non-credit course. As such, it is not eligible for financial aid. However, many employers offer reimbursement for continuing education so check with your human resources department to determine your eligibility.
In order to receive a certificate of completion, learners must achieve 70% or better on each module assessment, complete 100% of online coursework, submit a completed Strategic Sales Development Playbook, and pass the identified credentials (Salesforce Trailhead badges).
Learners have one week from the start date of the course to drop and receive a full refund.
